The vehicle body vibration occurs when starting due to deterioration of the transmission oil and wear of the clutch disc.
Improvement measures
1, Meshing adjustment of the CVT starter clutch
1 Press the brake firmly and fully open the accelerator pedal in D range for 3 seconds.
2 Rotate for about 20 seconds at 3000 rpm in N range
3 Press the brake firmly and fully open the accelerator pedal in D range for 3 seconds.
4 Rotate for about 20 seconds at 3000 rpm in N range
5 Firmly press the brake and fully open the accelerator pedal for 3 seconds in the R range.
6 Rotate for about 20 seconds at 3000 rpm in N range
2, Drain the CVT oil and transmission oil.
- Drain until oil stops dripping.
3, There is sludge on the drain bolt, so remove it completely.
4, Replace with new HMMF
5, Hold the shift lever for at least 3 seconds in each range in order to circulate oil through all ranges.
6, Repeat steps 1 to 5 again.
7, Let the CVT completely cool down
8, Start the engine and warm it up
9, Learn the operation of the start clutch.
– Increase the vehicle speed to 60km/h with no load and release the accelerator for more than 5 seconds.
Do this about 5 times
10, Check the oil level again with the oil level gauge on a flat place.
If the judder does not improve after performing the above steps, CVT replacement is required.
