Description of defect

On some prime movers, the magnets of the torque motor of the electronically controlled throttle valve (ETV) may peel off due to an inadequate fixing method.
In addition, the idle speed of the prime mover may become unstable and the engine may stall in rare cases, but it is possible to restart the engine.

Improvement details

Replace the ETV with a countermeasure.
