Refunds Process
– Please note that exported parts are not covered by the parts warranty and guarantee.
We inspect parts for damage after receiving them from parts companies. If the part is damaged when we receive it, we will reorder the part or refund you if it takes longer to re-stock.
We are not responsible for parts that are damaged or lost during delivery, or for parts that are damaged when inspected by customs.
If your order arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the delivery company or customs.
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please tell us.
– We accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
– If you request a return, it must first be approved by our staff and can only be requested within 1 week of the delivery date.
– We will not accept refunds for orders placed because the customer has provided us with incorrect chassis frame numbers or parts number.
– After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Do not send the parts back without waiting for our response.The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
– Please note that refunds are subject to a 5% refund fee.
– Refunds will be processed in Japanese yen. Any discrepancies in applicable fees or exchange rates by credit card companies are not our responsibility.
– If the product is damaged in any way and you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
