Description of Defect
Inadequate sealing structure of the joint between the heater case and evaporator cover inside the air conditioner causes part of the condensate generated in the evaporator to enter the blower motor section when the vehicle turns, causing water leakage or rusting of the bearing section of the blower motor, resulting in abnormal noise.
Improvement Details
Inspect the vehicle and replace the defective blower motor with a new one, and install a water stop plate in the heater.
