Refunds and Returns Policy: At Auto Parts Box Japan, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there are specific conditions and processes for refunds and returns that you should be aware of before making a purchase.

At Auto Parts Box Japan, we offer a 2-year warranty for all rebuilt parts, ensuring reliability and quality. Please review the conditions and procedures for claiming warranty services below.

Core Return Policy
To fulfill the warranty, a core return is required. Please follow these steps:

  • Please drain the oil from inside the part, and send it in a plastic bag to prevent oil leaking.
  • Ship the part to us using EMS.
  • We will reimburse the shipping costs as indicated on the EMS document.

Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by oil leaks from locations other than the rebuilt part.
  • Cores that are damaged or break after use are not covered by the warranty.
  • Returned cores that, upon inspection by the rebuild company, are determined to be non-compliant with warranty terms.
  • Exported brand new parts are not covered by any warranty or guarantee.
  • Refunds will be processed in Japanese yen. Any discrepancies in exchange rates or fees charged by credit card companies are not our responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.

We inspect all parts for damage upon receiving them from suppliers. If we detect damage at this stage:

  • We will reorder the part
  • Offer a refund if re-stocking takes longer than expected.
    If the part is out of stock while your payment is being processed and we are confirming it, we will refund your payment, or you can choose to wait for the parts to come back into stock.

We are not responsible for parts damaged or lost during delivery or customs inspection.
If your order arrives damaged, we will assist you by filing a claim with the delivery company or customs. Please report such issues within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • We accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
  • Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • If you request a return, it must first be approved by our staff and can only be requested within 1 week of the delivery date.
  • We will not accept refunds for orders placed because the customer has provided us with incorrect chassis frame numbers or parts number.
  • After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Do not send the parts back without waiting for our response.The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
