Parts will be shipped from Japan to customers worldwide with various shipping options.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
The shipping date varies depending on the type of part and the time it takes for us to get it.
- We will inform you of stock, the delivery date and the price.
- Payment in advance. Parts will be ordered after payment is confirmed.
- We will ship the parts and send you the tracking numbers.
Our office is located in a rural area, and there is no DHL office nearby.
Therefore, it takes 2-3 days for the item’s status to be updated in the DHL system after it leaves our town and reaches the DHL hub in Nagoya.
If it takes a long time to decide your order after we issue an estimate to you, the shipping times and costs may differ from what is stated in the quote.
The currency on your invoice is Yen (JPY). Exchange rates and credit card fees vary depending on your credit card company.
Shipping costs are subject to change each month due to fluctuations in carrier rates and fuel surcharges.
EMS is reasonably priced for shipping but has limited delivery size, and in some countries, the delivery of auto parts and goods for sale is not permitted.
In this case, only DHL delivery will be offered.
The estimated delivery date is only a guideline, and it may take longer than expected to deliver depending on the postal situation and the status of the delivery company. Delays are not our responsibility and orders are not eligible for compensation of any kind under these circumstances.
Lost orders and Damage in Transit
We are not responsible for parts that are damaged or lost during delivery, or for parts that are damaged when inspected by customs.
If your order arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the delivery company or customs.
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address and are unable to collect your package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
The Customer agrees to pay any GST and any other government duties, levies or taxes payable in respect of the Goods supplied by Auto Parts Box Japan.
We do not handle the export of parts that require the submission of the following documents from customs:
- Customer’s National Identity Document Number (DNI)
- Customer’s Unique Taxpayer Registry Number (RUC)
- Customer’s Individual Taxpayer Registration Number (CPF)
- Customer’s Corporate Taxpayer Registration Number (CNPJ)
- Customer’s Importer License
- Export Permit from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, METI
- Automotive Parts Import Restrictions
- Other documents with complicated procedures

Notice Regarding Our Services
We supply auto parts that are only available in Japan. Here are some important points to consider when using our service:
- Parts Available from Your Local Dealer
For parts that can be purchased from your local dealer, we recommend using your nearby dealer. Due to international shipping costs, the total price will be higher compared to purchasing from your local dealer. - International shipping costs
International shipping costs for auto parts are higher than for general packages and shipping prices will increase depending on the weight and size. - Range of Japanese vehicles handled
The genuine parts we can supply are only for vehicle models manufactured at Japanese parts factories and are sold in Japan.
Therefore, genuine parts for models that are not sold in Japan, even if they are Japanese cars, are not available at Japanese parts factories.
For genuine parts for Japanese cars that are not produced or sold in Japan, please contact the branch in the country of manufacture.
