Shipping Methods

Parts will be shipped from Japan.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

The shipping date varies depending on the type of part and the time it takes for us to get it.

1, We will inform you of stock, the delivery date and the price.
2, Payment in advance. Parts will be ordered after payment is confirmed.
3, We will ship the parts and send you the tracking numbers.

If it takes a long time to decide your order after we issue an estimate to you, the shipping times and costs may differ from what is stated in the quote.

If the part is out of stock while your payment is being processed and we are confirming it, we will refund your payment, or you can choose to wait for the parts to come back into stock.

The currency on your invoice is Yen (JPY). Eexchange rates and credit card fees vary depending on your credit card company.

Shipping costs are subject to change each month due to fluctuations in carrier rates and fuel surcharges.

EMS is reasonably shipping priced for delivery, but has limited delivery size.
In some countries, delivery of auto parts and sales goods is not permitted.
In this case, only DHL delivery will be offered.

For DHL shipping, the volumetric weight calculation method is used. Therefore, the bigger the box, the higher the shipping costs, even if the weight is lighter.

The estimated delivery date is only a guideline, and it may take longer than expected to deliver depending on the postal situation and the status of the delivery company. Delays are not our responsibility and orders are not eligible for compensation of any kind under these circumstances.

Lost orders and Damage in Transit

We are not responsible for parts that are damaged or lost during delivery, or for parts that are damaged when inspected by customs.

If your order arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the delivery company or customs.

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address and are unable to collect your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

The Customer agrees to pay any GST and any other government duties, levies or taxes payable in respect of the Goods supplied by Auto Parts Box Japan.
