VEZEL – The brake pedal operating force increases
In the vehicle behaviour stabilisation control system (VSA), due to an inappropriate fail-safe control programme, when the electronic braking transmission (ESB system) malfunctions, the fail-safe function that applies braking force according to the brake pedal force does not work and the brake pedal operating force increases.
Improvement Details
The fail-safe control programme for the VSA modulator will be replaced with a countermeasure programme.
