Description of Defect
The engine may not be controlled in time and may stall
In the engine, the engine speed sensor may disconnect in rare cases due to repeated thermal loading under high load conditions. If the sensor is disconnected, the engine will be controlled to prevent the engine from stalling by means of a fail-safe, but depending on the driving conditions, the engine may not be controlled in time and may stall.
Improvement Details
The engine control unit program will be rewritten to prevent the engine from stalling in the event of a sensor failure. However, even in the unlikely event that the sensor is disconnected and the engine warning light illuminates, normal driving will not be affected by the new countermeasure programme.

Description of Defect
The brakes may be unnecessarily weak
In some collision mitigation braking systems, an incorrect radar unit fixing bracket has been fitted, causing the radar unit to be lowered and part of the radar wave coverage to hang over the grille area. As a result, the radar dirt detection function may be activated more easily, the radar detection of objects may be delayed, or the brakes may be unnecessarily weak.
Improvement Details
Replace the bracket with an authorised one and carry out aaming of the radar unit.
