Policy

At Auto Parts Box Japan, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there are specific conditions and processes for refunds and returns that you should be aware of before making a purchase.

Warranty for Brand New Parts

Our Part Inspection Process

We inspect all parts for damage upon receiving them from parts companies. If we detect damage at this stage:

  • We will reorder the part
    If the part is out of stock while your payment is being processed, we will refund your payment, or you can choose to wait for the parts to come back into stock.

Damaged or Lost Items During Delivery

  • We are not responsible for parts that are damaged or lost during delivery, or for parts that are damaged when inspected by customs.
    If your order arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the delivery company or customs.
    If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items.

Regarding the Warranty for Brand New Parts After Export

  • We regret to inform you that any brand new parts exported are not covered by any warranty.

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the part has already been ordered and has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not accept returns due to incorrect part numbers after purchase.
    We always ask customers to confirm the part number before ordering. If you are unsure about compatibility, please provide your vehicle’s chassis number in advance so we can assist with confirmation. We also recommend checking the genuine part number at your local dealer before ordering.

Refund Procedure

  • In the event that a refund is required, we will proceed with the refund process after the returned part has been received, inspected, and evaluated.
    Please do not return any parts without receiving prior instructions or approval from us. Returns cannot be processed without prior notice.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Refunds will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
    We are not responsible for any differences caused by currency exchange rates or any fees charged by your credit card company or payment provider.
  • Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount and is the responsibility of the customer.
