Please note that the HICAS-specific vane has not been removed from the power steering pump.
If you plan to use this pump on a vehicle where the HICAS system has been deleted, the HICAS vane must be removed before installation.
Once the vane is removed, the rear cover seal will need to be replaced.
The replacement seal is available at an additional cost—please let us know if you would like to add it to your order.
