Cover Assembly, Cylinder End
When removing the end cover assembly, it is necessary to drill out the staked portion at the end of the gear housing using a 3.0 mm drill bit.
If the staking has not been completely removed, there is a possibility that the threads of the end cover may be damaged when loosening the end cover assembly.
For this reason, a spare end cover assembly is included in Repair Kit Type 2 and Repair Kit Type 4.

If you do not require a spare end cover assembly, please select Repair Kit Type 1 or Repair Kit Type 3 when placing your order.

Bearing Seal of the Rear Housing
If there is an oil leak from the bearing seal of the rear housing, or if the bearing itself is damaged, please note that the bearing seal is not available as an individual service part. In such cases, replacement of the rear housing assembly is required. However, the rear housing assembly has been discontinued and is no longer available.
