This overhaul kit is designed exclusively for the Genuine OEM power steering pump: 56110-P72-003.
2. Non-Compatible Part Number (-004)
Please note that this kit is NOT compatible with the following pump:
- Non-Compatible Part Number: 56110-P72-004
- Note: While the -003 and -004 pumps appear nearly identical, their internal components differ.
3. Regarding Past Repairs & Swaps
On some Integras, the power steering pump may have been replaced or swapped by previous owners (e.g., a -004 pump installed on a vehicle originally equipped with a -003).
- Recommendation: We recommend verifying the part number on your actual pump unit, especially if the vehicle’s history is unknown or steering components have been modified.
4. How to Identify 56110-P72-004
The pump with the flow control valve cover shown in this image is part number 56110-P72-004 and is not compatible with this kit.
All-in-One Overhaul Set
This set combines the wear-related components that are typically replaced together during service. It also allows you to replace deteriorated hoses and the reservoir filter at the same time, helping restore pump performance and reduce leaks and whining noise.
What Is Not Included
- Hard parts such as vanes and cam rings are not included, as they are normally replaced only when damaged.
- Internal spring is not included (not available as an individual factory part).
